On December 4, the Rector of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs Vyacheslav Abroskin gave an open practical lecture for 4th year cadets of the faculty of training specialists for criminal police units.

This time, during the meeting, the head of the University focused the attention of future operatives on the peculiarities of the investigation of unsolved crimes of previous years.

The cadets, who will soon work in the units of the National Police, step by step determined the algorithm of actions during the investigation of crimes of this category, in particular in the detection of serial killings.

Young police officers had the opportunity not only to demonstrate the knowledge gained at the University, but also to ask questions to an experienced leader, because it is this live communication helps to discuss those problematic issues that may arise in the work of the operative in the future.
