Today, on October 29, Iryna Chibirova, director of the Odessa Media News agency, presented the laureate diploma of the annual rating "100 Best Famous Odessits" to the rector of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs Vyacheslav Abroskin.

During the meeting with journalists, the Head of the University told what it meant for him to become one of the most influential people in Odessa. He also told about the positive achievements and achievements of the University during his tenure and plans to further improvement of the educational process to train qualified professionals for the National police of Ukraine.

Vyacheslav Abroskin answering the question "What does it mean for you to become a laureate of the rating?" said the following: «I think that the majority of cadets and students of our university, my former colleagues from the police, residents of Odessa have voted for me. It’s due to the projects we managed to implement together during the year and it is also a credit of trust. At the moment, I do not consider myself to be an influential resident of Odessa, but I am grateful to everyone who voted for me. I promise, in case of further residence in Odessa, to take even more active part in public life, aimed at developing the community of Odessa, educating young people, implementing interesting projects that will promote the city in our country and abroad, thanks to my many friends".
