А working meeting was held at OSUIA between the university’s First Vice Rector, Maksym Korniienko, and a foreign delegation from the European Union Advisory Mission in Ukraine (EUAM).

The delegation included: Lynn Sheehan (Ireland), Head of the Operations Department at EUAM, Anders Johansen (Denmark), Head of the EUAM Regional Office in Odesa, and Isabelle Langerak (Netherlands), an expert on operational planning and reporting at the EUAM Regional Office in Odesa.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current areas of cooperation between the university and the EUAM, particularly in the training of law enforcement personnel, the development of analytical capabilities, and the implementation of modern approaches to criminal analysis. Particular attention was paid to the exchange of experience, the implementation of European standards in the educational process, and the strengthening of the practical component of higher education training.

During their visit, the foreign delegates familiarized themselves with the university’s facilities and resources, visiting the Mediation Center and the Research Laboratory on Current Issues in Criminal Analysis, where modern approaches to teaching and research were presented.
