Odessa State University of Internal Affairs has launched a series of online webinars by the International Committee of the Red Cross on the topic: "International Humanitarian Law and International Rules and Standards of Law Enforcement."

Within 4 days cadets and teaching staff of the university have the opportunity to improve their skills on the following topics: "Arrest and Detention"; "Use of Force and Firearms"; "Search and Inspection"; "Crime Investigation and Public Order Maintenance." The seminars were held online.
