Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continues to expand the university community's access to leading world information resources. Thanks to cooperation with the international organization EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries), scientists, teachers, graduate students and higher education applicants gained access to authoritative international collections of scientific journals and e-books. This opens up new opportunities for conducting research, preparing scientific publications and improving the quality of the educational process.

From now on, the following international resources are available to users:
E-Duke Journals Scholarly Collection - 59 scientific journals of the humanitarian and social sciences, covering law, economics, sociology, medicine, philosophy, gender studies, globalization and other relevant areas of science.
Edward Elgar Publishing (Elgar Advanced Introductions: Law) – 77 modern law textbooks dedicated to the main branches of international, comparative, public and private law. The collection is updated every year with new publications by leading world scholars.
Open Book Publishers (OBP) – over 370 e-books (monographs, scientific collections and textbooks), which can be downloaded for free in various formats.
OpenEdition Journals – 184 peer-reviewed journals in the humanities and social sciences with unlimited access to archived issues in HTML, PDF and ePUB formats.
Full-text access to these resources is configured by university IP addresses, so all academic staff, researchers, postgraduate students and higher education students can use them while working in the university network.
Expanding access to international scientific resources contributes to the development of the university's research potential, improving the quality of education, activating international scientific cooperation and integrating KhNUIA into the global academic space.
