The ninth rehabilitation program “The Path to Victory” has come to an end, implemented within the framework of the “Search for the Future” project, aimed at specialists in the security and defense sector of Ukraine. It helps participants to better understand their own psycho-emotional state, master effective self-help techniques for overcoming overwork and recovering from traumatic events. The course also helps to increase professional competence in the field of working with stress and introduces modern methods of psychological rehabilitation and restoring internal resources.1.jpg)
Within the framework of the program, much attention was paid to active methods of stabilizing and overcoming the consequences of traumatic stress, which is a component of the “Point of Psychological Practices” project. In particular, participants practiced simulation technologies for safe experience acquisition, mastered self-regulation methods (breathing exercises, visualization, relaxation according to Jacobson) and “grounding” for stabilization during panic.
