The event was organized by associate professors of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education Oleksandra Nestertsova-Sobakar and Roman Karpenko.

The invited speaker was advocate Stanislav Liflyanchyk, who conducted the class for students of group BD-081-24-1.

During the class, theoretical provisions of civil legislation were considered in combination with practical aspects of their application in advocacy practice. Particular attention was paid to issues of proper fulfillment of obligations, methods of ensuring fulfillment of obligations, grounds and legal consequences of their termination.

The students analyzed real practical cases, familiarized themselves with examples of court practice and asked questions to the advocate.

This format of conducting the class contributed to deepening professional knowledge, forming practical skills in applying civil law norms and understanding their practical significance.
