A 2nd-year student of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Daryna Omelchenko became a silver medalist of the Ukrainian Kempo-Karate Championship, which was held in the city of Poltava. The athlete won two second places in the “semi-contact” and “light-contact” sections.

Within the framework of the competition, Daryna held four fights, of which she won convincing victories in two. Her perseverance, skill and sports endurance ensured high results at the national level.
