A 3rd-year student of the ERI No. 5 Daryna Omelchenko took part in the European Cossack Duel Championship, which took place in the town of Podčetrtek (Slovenia). In the intense competition, Daryna demonstrated a high level of training and won two awards: third place in the “Fun” section (analog of semi-contact) and second place in the “Bornia 2” section (analog of kick-light).

Participation in international competitions of this level was a significant achievement for Daryna and confirmation of her sportsmanship, perseverance and strength of spirit. The championship brought together athletes from different countries of Europe, and the high competition made the awards she won especially valuable.
