Binary classes were held on the topic of “Tactics of police officers in cooperation with a subject”. The cadets practiced stopping a vehicle, checking documents, and observing security measures while on duty. They also studied tactical methods of handcuffing, methods of conducting a surface check in different positions, and learned about other means of limiting traffic speed.

The practical classes were conducted by Andrii Savchuk, a police officer of the community police unit No. 1 of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi region, Oleksii Patsaliuk, an instructor of the training center of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region, and the staff of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2: Head of the Department Mykola Borovyk, senior lecturers Volodymyr Yevtushok, Serhii Kuchynskyi and Oleksandr Skliar.
