The event began with the National Anthem of Ukraine and a moment of silence to honor fallen defenders.

Ректор ДДУВС, полковник поліції Олександр МОРГУНОВ, звернувся до випускників із вітальним словом. Він наголосив, що поліцейські у сфері освітньої безпеки відіграють важливу роль у забезпеченні безпечних умов у закладах освіти, і закликав випускників із честю виконувати покладені на них обов’язки.Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Oleksandr MORHUNOV, addressed the graduates with a congratulatory speech. He emphasized the vital role of police officers in ensuring safe conditions in educational institutions and urged the graduates to fulfill their duties with honor.

Congratulatory remarks were also delivered by Deputy Head of the Main Department of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Colonel Yurii MERDENOV, and Head of the Educational Security Service Sector of the Main Department of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Lieutenant Colonel Olena TKACHOVA.

All graduates of the Police Academy received diplomas certifying their readiness to perform their official duties.

The training program involved 49 participants representing the Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv regions. During the course, they studied topics related to the prevention and counteraction of domestic violence, examined the psychological aspects of working with minors, and mastered the legal aspects of administrative and criminal liability for minors. The training concluded with a State Qualification Exam, which confirmed the trainees' high level of preparedness.
