The All-Ukrainian Scientific Practical Round Table “Results and perspectives of implementation of the Donbass Deoccupation Strategy” “Small Steps Mechanism” took place in the beginning of October.

At the opening of the round table, all guests were greeted by the Head of the Main Department of National Police in Donetsk Region General of Police Mykola Semenyshyn, who noted the topical subject of the meeting and expressed his gratitude to Donetsk Law Institute for organization the Round Table.

Also, Head of the Main Department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Donetsk Region Yevhen Mykytenko mentioned on the generalization of information, experience for detailed study and formation of the correct Donbass Deoccupation Strategy.

Rector of DLI of MIA of Ukraine Police Colonel Serhiy Vitvitsky, in his turn, on behalf of the organizers of the Round Table greeted all present guests and thanked the National Police in Donetsk region for their support, and all speakers and participants for attention to the topic of the event, and for research on the Donbass Deoccupation.

Councilor of the Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Varchenko pointed on the role of law enforcement officers in the implementation of the Donbass Deoccupation Strategy. He also expressed his personal opinion on the cadets' reports and personally communicated with them.

Summing up, General Mykola Semenyshyn paid attention to the importance of exchange of experience and realization of the best law enforcement practices, he mentioned the successful work of Police of Communication, as a part of the Deoccupation Strategy integrating. “The main thing is a desire for change”. – noted General of Police. “We are doing our common work and this is our power!” – with these motivation words Rector Serhiy Vitvitsky completed the work of the Round Table.

The event was organized on high level by a.i Dean of the Faculty №2 Lieutenant Colonel Valentin Tulinov, a.i Dean of the Faculty №3 Volodymyr Buha and Candidate of Science Hanna Buha.
