A regional ceremonial “Initiation into freshmen of Kharkiv region” was held in Kharkiv, which brought together representatives of higher education institutions in the region. Among the participants was a cadet of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The freshmen were congratulated by the Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov and the Head of Kharkiv Regional Council Tetiana Yehorova-Lutsenko. For the young people who began their studies this year, this day marked the beginning of a new stage of student life.

The honorary mission from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was carried out by cadet Vladyslav Iliinskyi. During the solemn ceremony, he carried the university flag.

Vladyslav has been a member of the parade squad of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs for the second year in a row. He is successfully studying and actively involved in the life of the university. This event has acquired special significance for the cadet as Kharkiv resident - the opportunity to represent his institution in his hometown has become an important part of the celebrations for him.
