The Department of Sociology and Psychology of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held an online Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists "Psychological Readings", which was opened by the Rector, corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Valerii SOKURENKO. He noted that psychology as a science is of crucial importance in ensuring the mental health of society, especially in the conditions of complex social and military realities that our country is experiencing. The Rector wished everyone fruitful and productive work.

The Director of the ERI No. 5, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Oksana BRUSAKOVA and the Head of the Department of Sociology and Psychology, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Olena YEVDOKYMOVA addressed the participants of the event with welcoming words.

Within the framework of the conference, master classes were held by the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department, applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education, and leading specialists in various psychological practices.
