Cadets, students and employees at all locations of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs performed the National Anthem of Ukraine.

With a minute of silence, they honored the bright memory of all defenders who gave their lives in the fight for a free, independent Ukraine, and laid flowers at the monument to the fallen patriots of their state.

Rector of the University Valerii SOKURENKO: "Constitution Day for Ukrainians is not just a holiday, for us it is also a reminder that the Constitution is the talisman of our state. We are engaged in protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens. Without this, there will be no state, there will be no united monolithic society that we want to see. Therefore, we need to study, train, be strong, brave, and not give up. I wish all of us Victory, peace, goodness and harmony! Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!".
