Scientific-practical seminar “Financial Security: Macro- and Microeconomic Aspects of Management” was hosted on 29th of October at LvSUIA. Event was possible thanks to the online platform ZOOM.

Vice-Rector of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs Olha BALYNSKA opened the conference with a welcoming speech. She stressed an importance of financial security issues for functioning of State of Ukraine. “Economic factor helps everyone to feel independent, and for the state - it is archival” said vice-rector of the university. Olha BALYNSKA wished all participants of the conference to have a fruitful discussion and gave the floor to Dean of the Faculty of Management and Financial Security Iryna REVAK, who initiated an event.

Head of Department of Finance and Accounting, Faculty of Management and Economic Security Halyna MYSKIV also make a speech. “It is the financial mechanisms and levers that allow us to realize all socio-economic goals of our time. Financial security is permanently subject to threats and challenges, which encourages the emergence of permanent crises”.

Professor of Department of Finance at Ivan Franko Lviv National University Oleh PIDKHOMNY made a report on the main forms and methods used in the field of anti-money laundering.

Seminar also included lively discussions on debt security issues, application of crisis management in system of financial security of enterprises and promotion of innovation in security management system of industrial enterprises. In addition, participants talked about humanitarian imperatives in the system of economic security of Ukraine, marketing as a tool to ensure economic security and financial security during coronavirus pandemic.

After having united like-minded people - researchers of problems and challenges of financial security in Ukraine - LvSUIA Department of Finance and Accounting invited all participants of the seminar to cooperate even outside the event.
