Deputy Head of PO “Center of Women's Perspectives” Marta CHUMALO and Lawyer and Chief Legal Advisor of the same organization Halyna FEDKOVYCH visited the university.

Experts conducted training for students at the invitation of Head of Department of Actualization of Education and Practical Training Olexandra ZAKHAROVA. They told how police should act in case of request from citiens who have suffered from domestic violence and also recalled stories from their own professional activities.

Finally, PO representatives told the cadets how physical, psychological and economic violence looks like. In addition, they noted that a victim of domestic violence can seek help at Police Department, Department of Social Protection, Center of Social Services for Families Children and Youth and local free legal aid centers.
