The “Young Leaders Forum 3.0” was held in Vinnytsia to mark Youth Day. The event brought together veterans, university students, community activists, volunteers, and active members of the youth community. Representatives of the Cadet and Student Parliament of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs also took part in the forum.

During the forum, participants had an opportunity to meet with Vinnytsia Mayor Serhii Morhunov, ask questions, and receive answers on current issues related to the development of the city and community, youth policy, and support for civic initiatives.

A special part of the forum was the recognition of individuals whose activities contribute to the development of the youth movement. Serhii Morhunov presented an award to Yuliia Lysychkina, Deputy Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work at KhNUIA, for her active civic engagement and significant contribution to the development of youth initiatives.

The award recognized her active involvement in community life, support for youth projects, and efforts to create opportunities for young people to participate in socially important initiatives.

For representatives of the cadet and student community of KhNUIA, participation in such events is an opportunity to gain new experience, develop leadership skills, exchange ideas, and contribute to building an active and responsible youth community.
