A new group of students is taking a theoretical course at the Driving School of KhNUIA, which includes people with disabilities, combatants and their families from Kamianets-Podilskyi district. One of these students is Oleksii Domshynskyi, a resident of Kamianets-Podilskyi and a combatant. In 2023, he volunteered to defend his homeland. According to him, he made this decision because many of his friends and acquaintances were already at the front line, and there are those who laid down their lives for Ukraine's independence. Oleksii served in Zaporizhzhia sector, where he was seriously wounded. After the operation and rehabilitation period, he decided not to waste time and started studying at the Driving School. Oleksii explains: ‘I realise that having a driving licence and knowing how to drive a car is convenient and saves time. I recently found out that I can learn to drive for free at the Driving School for People with Disabilities at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. I hope to master the theory well and pass the exam successfully.’
