Andrii Benitskyi, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law Disciplines at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs (OSUIA), participated in the 9th Southern Ukrainian Legal Forum organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association.

The Forum brought together lawyers, judges, representatives of government authorities, legal professionals specializing in the maritime and shipping sector, and other experts.

The event focused on recent developments in Ukrainian criminal and civil legislation; maritime security issues; judicial practice in resolving maritime disputes during wartime; protection of international transportation; challenges related to the reimbursement of legal aid expenses; and other relevant issues.
