Natalia Bilak, Associate Professor in the Department of Criminal Law at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Law, took part in the official signing ceremony for the draft Founding Convention and Statute of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation “EAST GATE,” as well as the Constanta Declaration.

The event took place in Eforie Nord (Romania) and brought together representatives from approximately 300 public authorities, research institutions, and other organizations from Ukraine, Romania, the Republic of Moldova and Bulgaria.

“EAST GATE” (“Eastern Gate”) is a European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation established to foster cross-border cooperation between countries and regions, implement joint international initiatives, and strengthen partnerships.

Participating in the event provided an opportunity for professional and international dialogue, the exchange of experiences, establishing new contacts, and discussing prospects for future cooperation.”
