According to the young scientist, ensuring law and order, curbing illegal actions, and protecting human rights and freedoms are the National Police's responsibility and are its urgent and priority task.  By the Law of Ukraine "On the National Police," the level of public confidence is the main criterion for assessing police bodies and departments' effectiveness.
