The meeting was attended by Viktor Vasylenko, First Vice-Rector of the University, Tetiana Matiushkova, Head of the Department of nternational Cooperation, and Yana Mazur, Anti-Corruption Officer of KhNUIA.

The prospects for further cooperation between EUAM and the university in the areas of preventing and combating corruption were discussed. Victor Vasylenko invited EUAM Ukraine to participate in a roundtable discussion on corruption risk assessment to be held in October 2024, as well as other international scientific and practical conferences on anti-corruption.

Krista Tallinemi expressed her interest in assisting the university's academic staff in developing new and improving existing academic disciplines that address anti-corruption issues. The parties expressed readiness for further exchange of experience and implementation of joint activities aimed at developing anti-corruption activities.

Krista Tallinemi handed over 200 copies of the ‘Methodological Guidelines for Organising Corruption Prevention Work for Legal Entities under the Ministry of Internal Affairs’, published by EUAM as part of its support to anti-corruption initiatives implemented by the university in partnership with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The guidelines were developed by members of the academic staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Viktor Vasylenko, First Vice-Rector of the university, thanked EUAM representatives for their assistance in issuing the guidelines, which will be useful for students and academic staff.
