The Odesa State University of Internal Affairs hosted a discussion platform on the topic: “Organization of cooperation between the National Police and public formations for the protection of public order and the state border under martial law”.

The event was attended by representatives of central and local executive authorities, local governments, the National Police, public order and state border protection units, leaders of public organizations, academics, experts from the Public Network of Public Law and Administration UPLAN, and others.

During the discussion, the participants talked about the principles of activity and interaction of civil society organizations with law enforcement agencies, considered issues related to the regulation of national legislation, establishing interaction between civil society organizations and community police officers, creating coordination councils, regional coordination networks and interaction regulations, etc.
