On November 17, the Department of International Cooperation of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs organized a constitutive Internet-based meeting with Günther Johannes Ebbing (Germany) as part of a project supported by the German Economic Foundation SES / Senior Experten Service).

Mr. Ebbing has extensive experience in the field of Law Enforcement, supervised  command teams for large-scale operations in Cologne, developed and implemented internal training activities, held the position of Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Department in Cologne.

The event was attended by representatives of the Department of Administrative Police, the Department of Cyber Security and Information Support and the Department of Operative and Search Activity, representatives of the Department of doctoral and postgraduate studies.  During the event, a plan for future cooperation and sharing of experience was developed.
