Аt OSUIA, in pursuance of the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2023-2025, а regional roundtable was held on the topic: «Identification of corruption risks in the activities of MIA, ways to prevent and combat corruption under martial law and during the period of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine».

Anatolii Fodchuk, Head of the Corruption Prevention Department of MIA of Ukraine, addressed the participants of the round table with a welcoming speech.

Representatives of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, the National Police in Odesa Oblast, the SBI in Mykolaiv, and the NATO-Ukraine Building Integrity Program joined the discussion of the issues at the roundtable. Representatives of the NGO «Foundation for Institutional Development», the Center for Political and Legal Reforms, and the Charitable Movement «Youkraine» also took part.

The event was joined online by employees of higher education institutions under the jurisdiction of MIA, as well as MIA system structures of Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.

During the event, the participants discussed important issues of corruption prevention, shared their experience, and proposed new approaches and solutions to improve anti-corruption legislation.
