29-year-old Vyacheslav Andrusyk, a graduate of the OSUIA Driving School for Persons with Disabilities, successfully passed his practical exam at the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Training Center and received his driver's license.

Viacheslav Andrusyk is from Sumy region and served in the Marines. He was wounded in the Kherson sector in December last year. His lower limb was amputated as a result of a mine-blast injury.

“I found out about the Driving School for Persons with Disabilities at the OSUIA on the Internet, as I was looking for an opportunity to learn to drive a specialized vehicle,” says the graduate.” The training was very effective, the instructors were good, they showed me everything and helped me a lot.

“I would like to say that opening Driving Schools for people with disabilities is a very important initiative because it gives them the opportunity to practice and better understand what kind of car they need to be able to move freely around the city,” added Vyacheslav Andrusik.
