The Odessa State University of Internal Affairs continues to improve and strengthen the already strong material-technical base of the University, which allows to provide quality training for future law enforcement officers.

On November 18, the rector of the university, Viacheslav Abroskin, visited the Odessa Center for Primary Vocational Training “Police Academy” and personally checked the status of the planned work.

Director of the Police Academy colonel of police Vadym Knyshov reported to the rector on the repair and renovation of existing facilities and demonstrated the newly built training ground, which will allow to practice tactical actions of police officers while checking IDs when stopping a vehicle, as well as to practice detaining criminals who are using cars.

Work on improving the material-technical base of the university continues in order to create up-to-date conditions for high-quality training of qualified specialists for units of the National Police of Ukraine.
