On the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the foundation of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, the reference publication “Scientific Potential of Odesa State University of Internal Affairs” and the popular science publication “Training to the Sound of Air Alarms” were published, which are dedicated to the establishment and development of the educational institution. 

These publications contain systematized information about the scientific growth, research interests and achievements of research and teaching staff and the university as a whole.

The publications reflect the contribution of the university's academic staff to the formation of a modern legal culture, training of highly qualified specialists and development of science in Ukraine. 

In addition to educational, scientific, and sporting achievements, the popular science publication “Learning to the Sound of Air Raids” contains poetry by the university's lecturer and higher education applicants.
