Competition for the Ukrainian Thai Boxing Cup took place in Lviv on October 5-8, which became the last level of selection of candidates and preparation for the World Championship, which will take place in December in Thailand.

In total, more than 300 athletes from 17 regions of Ukraine took part in the competition, including Konstantin Trishin, a teacher at the Department of Tactical-Special, Fire and Physical Training of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs.

The athlete of the University competed in the weight category of 60 kg and, having held two victorious fights against fighters from Donetsk and Odessa regions,he took the undisputed 1st place. According to the results  the representatives of Odessa region won the 1st team place.
