A binary lesson on ‘Measures of police coercion, handcuffing with observance of personal safety measures’ was held for first-year students. Senior lecturers of the Department of Tactical and Specialised Training Viktor Yasko and Mykhailo Bambuliak together with Maksym Tatarintsev, a police platoon officer of the Patrol Police Battalion for the Service of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, taught future police officers the tactics of handcuffing. The cadets will apply the practical skills in their professional activities while performing their duties under the current legislation.
