On September 29 the educational process for cadets of the 1-4 courses of Kherson faculty was transferred from lecture halls to the location of Rozhnyakovsky shooting ranges of the Headquarter of the National Police in Kherson region. It was the first practical classes of firearm training for the 1st course cadets. It’s a daily routine for the cadets from 2-4 courses.

It should be mentioned that the technical equipment of the shooting range the construction of which was completed in 2019 is on high level and complies with all state standards.Varieties of locations on the training ground allows to work out the maximum numbers of exercises from firearms. "Our cadets have the opportunity today to practise firearm training in modern conditions within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Kherson faculty of Odesa State University of Iternal Affairs and the Headquarter of the National Police in the Kherson region"- said Aleksey Solovey , Vice-Rector of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs and the Dean of the Kherson Faculty. Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Kherson faculty of the ODUVS and the of the Headquarter of the National Police in the Kherson region, our cadets have the opportunity today to undergo fire training in modern conditions, "said Vice-Rector of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs, the Dean of the Kherson Faculty Aleksey Solovey.
