On September 23rd, at a regular Rector’s meeting the Rector of Odessa State University of Internal Affairs Vyacheslav Abroskin presented the award of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - the chest sign "Best Employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" to Police Colonel Oleksandr Siforov, the head of the Educational Department.

At the same time, the Rector of the university presented an award to 2nd course cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Units for taking the 3rd place in the Cup of Ukraine "Young Ukraine" in sambo among juniors.
The award was also given to 4th course cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Units who took 3rd place at the Championship of Ukraine in sambo among men and women. In addition, he was awarded the sports category of "Master of Sports of Ukraine" in sambo.

The head of the University also congratulated the university employees who celebrated their birthday.
