The Volleyball Championship «Side by side: all-Ukrainian student leagues» among men's teams took place on the basis of Vinnytsia National Medical University.

The competition was held with the assistance of the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, as well as national sports organizations. Their goal – is the development of student sports and the formation of a modern system of support for youth sports initiatives.

The combined team of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs represented the university well at prestigious competitions. During the championship, the volleyball players of KhNUIA demonstrated a coordinated team game, endurance, sports character and a real will to win.

According to the results of the first game day, the team successfully overcame the starting stage and advanced to the next round of the competition. In the decisive match, the KhNUIA combined team confidently defeated the team of Vinnytsia National Medical University with a score of 2:0 and won III place in the championship.
