The implementation of the Virtual English Language Educator Program for virtual English teaching has been completed at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Over 12 weeks in the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, more than 70 cadets and students of the ERI No. 1-5 improved their knowledge of a professional foreign language in a virtual format.

The initiative was successfully implemented by the Department of Language Training and the Department of International Cooperation with the full support of the US Embassy in Ukraine and the Regional Office for English Language Teaching (RELO Kyiv).
Under the guidance of an experienced American teacher, Bonny Brawner, participants attended interactive classes three times a week. The main focus was on developing speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Using modern digital platforms Padlet and Kahoot, higher education students mastered professional vocabulary, overcame the language barrier, and learned to communicate confidently in real professional situations.
As a result of completing the intensive course, all participants received official certificates of the US State Department program and American teacher Bonny Brawner. The knowledge gained will become a solid foundation for future professional activities and expanding opportunities for international cooperation.
University representatives, in particular, the Head of the Department of Language Training Olena Stativka and the Head of the International Cooperation Department Tetiana Matiushkova, congratulated the young people on the successful completion of their studies and expressed sincere gratitude to foreign partners for supporting the higher education institution in difficult modern conditions.
