Olena Vasylieva and Yelyzaveta Posna, specialists of Psychological Support Department of Human Resources Department of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, conducted training sessions with the first-year students of the training camp.

The aim of the classes is to create a situation of acquaintance, effective interpersonal communication, a positive attitude to active work, develop teamwork skills, identify individual qualities of the cadets and unite them into one team.

During the sessions, the psychologists created conditions for mutual trust and improved the level of psychological and emotional compatibility in the teams. They also explained how to develop the ability to act and solve problems together.
