Professor of the Department of Language Training Oleh Honcharuk and senior lecturer of the same department Larysa Sazanova held a military-patriotic meeting-discussion with cadets on the Day of Honoring the Defenders of Donetsk Airport. It was about the heroism of the "cyborgs" - Ukrainian soldiers who defended Donetsk Airport in 2014-2015. These 242 days became a symbol of indomitable spirit and devotion to the Motherland. Their feat went down in history as an example of courage, faith and the fight for the freedom of Ukraine. The students also viewed the thematic exhibition "Cyborgs withstood, concrete could not withstand", which was organized by employees of the general library of KhNUIA Olha Lazareva and Olena Sovinska.
