НАВС

Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited Leonid Yuzkov Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law. The event was held on the occasion of the birthday of the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskyi - a statesman, reformer and graduate of this higher education institution. On this day, he would have turned 46 years old.

Together with teachers, students and the university administration, future law enforcement officers honored Denys Monastyrskyi with a minute of silence and paid tribute to his contribution to the development of the security sector of Ukraine and service to the state in conditions of full-scale war.

As part of the commemorative events, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference named after Denys Monastyrskyi was held. Its participants discussed topical issues of ensuring public security, the introduction of modern technologies into the activities of law enforcement agencies, as well as the protection of human rights and freedoms. Cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the work of the conference and professional discussions.

“Denys Monastyrskyi always emphasized that the Ministry of Internal Affairs should be, first of all, a service institution that stands guard over the security of citizens. Participation in the conference named after him is a great honor for us and an additional motivation for professional development,” said 1st year cadet Oleksandr Voznyuk, who delivered a report during the conference.

For KhNUIA cadets, participation in such events was an opportunity to honor the memory of Denys Monastyrskyi and once again appeal to the values of service to society, responsibility and devotion to Ukraine.
