I place - Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs;
II place - National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine;
Third place - Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
Diplomas and Cups for the teams' sporting achievements were presented to the winners by Mykola Danevych, First Deputy Chairman of the Dynamo Football Club of Ukraine.
The event was attended by a representative of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Rector of the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Lutskyi, a deputy of Kyiv City Military Administration, Chairman of the Commission of Athletes of the NOC of Ukraine and the Olympic Team Heorhii Zantariia, representatives of the Sports Club of the National Guard of Ukraine, employees of the Center for Sports and Physical Education of the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Sports Committee of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, and the Sports Committee of the State of Ukraine.
Oleksandr Stetsenko, Deputy Director of the Department of High Performance Sports - Head of the Non-Olympic Sports Division of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, said: “Non-Olympic sports demonstrate impressive achievements: since the beginning of this year, athletes have won 5784 medals at international competitions, including 2031 gold, 1723 silver and 1730 bronze medals. The contribution of non-Olympians since the beginning of the war is particularly impressive - they have won 12,603 medals, 5210 of which are of the highest standard.”
