Mykola NYZHNII, a student of KhNUIA driving school: “I really want to drive again”
НАВС

Mykola NYZHNII, a student of the barrier-free driving school, who, as a result of an accident, uses a wheelchair to move around, is completing the theoretical course of study. Studying at a driving school is an important stage on the way to realizing a dream and a symbol of personal victory over circumstances.

The barrier-free driving school provides physical accessibility and psychological support, which contributes to the confidence and motivation of students. Mykola NYZHNII lives in the village of Horodyshche, Shepetivskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region. Before the accident, he drove a car, but 10 years ago he suffered a musculoskeletal injury and was forced to use a wheelchair. “I recently learned about the barrier-free driving school and I regret that it did not happen earlier. I really want to get behind the wheel again to be able to move around freely. "Getting a driver's license means becoming independent in everything," Mykola noted.
His example once again confirms: physical limitations do not become an obstacle to achieving a goal if appropriate conditions are created and there is an inner strength to move forward.
