On 20 February, while performing her official duties in Kupiansk region, 23-year-old Yuliia Keleberda, a graduate of the Educational and Research Institute No. 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Senior Police Lieutenant and member of the White Angels evacuation unit, was killed.

Near the village of Serednii Burluk, an enemy Lancet drone attacked an armored law enforcement vehicle. Yuilia was on a super important mission — rescuing people from dangerous areas, evacuating families with kids, older folks, and people with disabilities. She saved dozens of lives, drove hundreds of kilometers on tough roads, and was totally dedicated to her job.

Unfortunately, this trip was her last...

Yuliia was only 23 years old. Bright, courageous, and responsible, she will forever be remembered as an example of honor, self-sacrifice, and true service to the Ukrainian people.
