On November 24th, a meeting of the competitive commission and summing up of the All-Ukrainian competition of small grants for young scientists in the field of criminal law, criminology and criminal executive law, organized by the All-Ukrainian Association of Criminal Law was held.

The evaluation of scientific works was based on such criteria as the rationale for choosing the research topic, the clarity of the problem, goals and objectives of the research; independence, originality and provability of judgments, the presence of elements of scientific novelty, completeness of the topic, the validity of the conclusions.

Scientific works of graduate students of Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs named after E.O. Didorenko entered the finals and received grants:

Anna Vedernikova "European Experience of Criminal Law Regulation of Bullying" - 2nd place;

Alyona Serbina "Principles of Criminalization of Illegal Crossing of the State Border of Ukraine and their Observance in the Light of Reforming the Criminal Legislation of Ukraine" – the finalist.

 All the works of young scientists who reached the finals will be published in the Bulletin of the Association of Criminal Law of Ukraine.
