During the practical event, the cadets practiced techniques for defending against knife attacks, neutralizing and detaining an armed offender by delivering counterattacks to the armed limb and vulnerable points of the body. They also mastered disarmament and detention techniques using throws, painful techniques and elements of combined defense.

The training was conducted by a police officer from the platoon of the 1st company of the 2nd battalion of the patrol police for Kamianets-Podilskyi district of the Patrol Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region, Maksym TATARINTSEV, together with the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Special Physical Training.
