Within the framework of singed Memorandum of Cooperation between Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and Educational and Rehabilitation Institution of higher Education Kamianets-Podilskyi State Institute was held the Unity Cup of volleyball. KhNUIA cadets, students of Kamianets-Podilskyi Institute, as well as combatants took part in tournament.

The event was organized by initiative of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work and leading specialist in national and patriotic education Serhii Vasyliev.

Its purpose is to develop a non-barrier space, in especially adaptive sports, to which the university pays maximum attention. 

According to the results of the tournament, the first place was taken by the team of university cadets, the second place by students of the rehabilitation institution, and the third place by the NGO ‘Brotherhood of Defenders of Podillia.’

The Unity Cup, dedicated to support the veteran community and develop inclusive practices in higher education institutions, has become a symbol of unity, endurance and strength of mind that unite people regardless of their life circumstances.
