Professors of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Natalia MILORADOVA and Viktoria DOTSENKO continue to provide psychological assistance to psychologists of the security and defense sector of Ukraine.

The next rehabilitation program “The Path to Victory” began recently, which is part of the public rehabilitation project “SEARCHFORFUTURE” – “Search for the Future”, implemented with the support of the Public Organization “Initiative E+”, in which the professors participated as trainers. The purpose of the event is to prevent professional burnout and improve the skills of workers in auxiliary professions.

Within the framework of the program, 22 participants have the opportunity to assess their psycho-emotional state, master and work on effective self-help techniques for overcoming overwork, recovering from traumatic events, accumulating resources, as well as preventing and overcoming professional burnout.
