The annual ranking of Ukrainian higher education institutions according to Scopus scientometric database indicators has been published on the Osvita.ua website. This year, 221 higher education institutions of Ukraine were included in the ranking (7 more than in 2024). Higher education institutions are ranked according to the Hirsch index - a digital indicator based on the number of scientific publications and their citations.
Having risen 19 places, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took 119th place. Currently, the university's Hirsch index is 21. This is the best result among higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that train police officers.
