The First Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Viktor VASYLENKO and the Head of the NGO “Vinnytsia Airsoft Federation” Dmytro KYRYCHENKO signed a Cooperation Agreement. The conclusion of this document is due to modern challenges caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, and is aimed at ensuring effective interaction, information exchange, improving the quality of practical training of specialists, as well as acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the daily activities of future police officers and performing service and combat tasks in a complicated operational environment.

The agreement provides for cooperation in the following areas: mastering the skills of handling airsoft weapons, methods and means of conducting training combat; involvement in the organization of binary classes in order to create conditions for the practical application of knowledge, skills, abilities by higher education applicants; assistance in holding sports events, tournaments and airsoft competitions; promoting the formation of patriotism and dignity among youth and other segments of the population; developing physical and moral-volitional qualities in future employees of the National Police of Ukraine.

The parties will also have the opportunity to exchange information for further scientific and technical developments, develop methodological materials to ensure the process of training specialists and improve the professional skills of higher education applicants. In addition, joint participation in seminars, conferences, exhibitions, meetings and round tables on issues of mutual interest and their organization are envisaged.
