During the lesson, cadets improved their groundwork techniques, throwing and defence techniques. The coach demonstrated modern approaches to performing basic and counterattacking throws, as well as ways to escape from holds. The educational seekers actively practised the techniques in pairs, feeling the real rhythm and dynamics of wrestling.
