As part of rehabilitation after an injury, another adaptive sports class was held with the participation of a combat participant, active military serviceman Vitalii Halas.

During the class, he performed a set of physical exercises using weights, dumbbells and a barbell in a standing position. The training was aimed at gradually restoring strength, endurance, coordination of movements and stability of the musculoskeletal system. Physical activity was selected individually, taking into account the state of health and the stage of recovery.

Regular physical rehabilitation helps strengthen the muscular corset, improve overall physical fitness, restore the functional capabilities of the body and increase readiness to perform official tasks.
The class was conducted by Andrii Ladyniak, a teacher at the Department of Special Physical Training, who ensured the safe performance of the exercises and determined the optimal level of load in accordance with the physical capabilities of the veteran.
