Cadets mastered the algorithm for providing pre-medical care in emergency respiratory conditions and practised vital skills: identifying signs of respiratory arrest; performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) correctly; using aids to restore airway patency.
Such practical experience is extremely valuable, as it allows students to consolidate their theoretical knowledge and develop confidence and efficiency in critical situations.
The class was organised by the scientific and teaching staff of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
